NOTICE OF' AI\NUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

The 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Assistance for Blind Children (ABC) will be held at 5:00 P. M. on Saturday, the 27th January, 2018 at KIB Complex, Khamarbari Sharak, X'armgate, Tejgaon, Dhaka-tr2l5.
All members' Life/General members of ABC are requested kindly to attend the meeting to consider the following agenda:

AGENDA:
1. (a) Meeting called to order by the President, ABC
    (b) Communications, if any-
2. Confirmation of minute's of the 39ft Annual General Meeting of ABC held on 19th November, 2016 (Copy attached).
3. To discuss matters arising out of the minutes.
4. To present Secretary's report by the General Secretary, ABC.
5. (a) To present Treasurers report by the Treasurer, ABC
(b) Consider Income & Expenditure Accounts of ABC for the period l't January, 2017 to 3l't December 20L7 (copy attached).
(c) Audited Accounts of ABC for the year ended December 3l , 2016 (copy attached).
(d) Approve the revised budget of ABC for the year 201.7 (copy attached).
(e) Approve the proposed Budget of ABC for the year 2018 (copy attached).
6. Appointment of Auditor to audit the accounts of ABC and its Projects for the year 2017 and fix up remuneration of the Auditors.
7. Approve constitution amendment proposals of ABC.
8. Approve construction of proposed hospital building of ABC Eye Hospital, Salna, Gazipur.
g. Any other business with permission of the Chair and adjoumment of the meeting.
